Don’t know about the protection because what I ordered was intact…but they ship SUPER fast. I ordered my product on Black Friday and somehow received it that Monday. We’re talking from Jersey to Milwaukee folks and the cz’s they use are top notch, my piece actually dances like real diamonds. FYI DON’T EVER mess with the Guu Shop, HORRIBLE customer service and Adamans ain’t much better
