When does my order ship?

All orders ship within 24 hours of your order being placed. Sunday is not a business day so any order placed on the weekend, ships first thing Monday.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be canceled. We begin processing orders immediately to ensure timely delivery, and as a result, we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests.

 

What is the return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for any unworn and unused merchandise still in its original packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, we must receive the return within 10 calendar days of original delivery date. Kindly note that you are responsible for all associated shipping charges.

For a smooth process, please email us the tracking number once you have shipped the item back to us. Please be aware that all clearance jewelry is final sale.

What is jewelry made of?

Our jewelry is plated with 18k gold. We work with base medals that include stainless steel and brass.

 

Can I wet my jewelry?

We recommend to keep Golden Gilt jewelry dry to preserve the polish and plating. Use the pouch that comes with your jewelry to store it when not in use.

 

Is there any warranty?

Golden Gilt is dedicated to delivering jewelry of the utmost quality, which is why we stand behind our products with a Lifetime Guarantee for all jewelry purchases. Please note the lifetime warranty does not cover damage caused by consumer, normal wear and tear, or tarnishing. Missing stones are covered for 12 months after the purchase date. All claims are subject to inspection upon arrival and will not be accepted if no manufacturer defects are found.

If, for any reason, the item is no longer available, you have the option to exchange it for another piece of equal or lesser value. Please note that this Warranty does not cover damages resulting from user-inflicted issues such as scratches, accidental breakage, water damage, etc.

Additionally, a Shipping and Handling fee of $19.99 will apply to all Warranty Replacements.

Please be aware that our Lifetime Warranty does not cover lost or stolen items.
