At Golden Gilt, we want to ensure that your purchase arrives safely. If your order has been lost, damaged, or stolen during shipping, we're here to help! Please email info@goldengilt.com the following information below to file a claim.

  1. Order Details

    • Please provide your order number and the email address used for the purchase.
  2. Claim Reason
    Select one of the following reasons for your claim:

    • Lost Package: Your order never arrived at the designated shipping address.
    • Damaged Goods: The item(s) arrived damaged during transit.
    • Stolen Package: The package was marked as delivered but cannot be found.
  3. Supporting Documentation

    • For Lost or Stolen Packages: Provide any relevant details or photos that support your claim (e.g., a photo of the delivery location, screenshots of tracking updates, etc.).
    • For Damaged Goods: Please include photos of the damaged item(s) and the packaging it arrived in.
  4. Submit Your Claim
    Once you've filled out the claim form, our team will review the information and get back to you within 3-5 business days with next steps.

Important Information:

  • Claims must be filed within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Golden Gilt will not be responsible for claims on packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer at checkout.
  • Please note that certain limitations and exclusions may apply, and we'll do our best to resolve your claim efficiently.
