Golden Gilt Lifetime Jewelry Warranty

Golden Gilt stands behind the quality of our jewelry with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. All warranty claims are subject to inspection to determine whether the issue is due to a manufacturing defect.

What the warranty covers

  • Manufacturing defects in your jewelry

  • Missing stones for up to 12 months from the purchase date

What the warranty does not cover

The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear, including scratches, breakage, or water damage. Lost or stolen items are also not covered.

Warranty replacements

If your item qualifies for a replacement but is no longer available, you may choose another piece of equal or lesser value. A $19.99 replacement fee applies to all approved warranty replacements.

How to submit a claim

Email info@goldengilt.com with:

  1. Your original order number or the email address used for the purchase

  2. Clear photos showing the issue

All claims must be reviewed and approved by Golden Gilt before a replacement is issued.
