Return eligibility

To qualify for a return, jewelry must be unworn and unused and returned with its original packaging and included items. Items marked Final Sale on the product page are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return shipping

For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us and we’ll help make it right. If a return is needed, Golden Gilt will provide the return shipping instructions.

How to request a return

Email info@goldengilt.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return or exchange. Please wait for return instructions before mailing your item.

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we’ll email you with the status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.

What the warranty does not cover

The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear, including scratches, breakage, or water damage. Lost or stolen items are also not covered.

Warranty replacements

If your item qualifies for a replacement but is no longer available, you may choose another piece of equal or lesser value. A $19.99 replacement fee applies to all approved warranty replacements.

All claims must be reviewed and approved by Golden Gilt before a replacement is issued.
