We gladly accept returns and exchanges for any unworn and unused merchandise still in its original packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, we must receive the return within 10 calendar days of original delivery date. Kindly note that you are responsible for all associated shipping charges.

Please note the lifetime warranty does not cover damage caused by consumer, normal wear and tear, or tarnishing. Missing stones are covered for12 months after the purchase date. All claims are subject to inspection upon arrival and will not be accepted if no manufacturer defects are found.
If, for any reason, the item is no longer available, you have the option to exchange it for another piece of equal or lesser value. Please note that this Warranty does not cover damages resulting from user-inflicted issues such as scratches, accidental breakage, water damage, etc.
Additionally, a Shipping and Handling fee of $19.99 will apply to all Warranty Replacements.
